Leap2Fly will be kicking off the 2018 mountain bike season with a retreat out in Moab, UT! Boasting some of the most technical and majestic terrain, Moab is often referred to as the capital of mountain biking in the United States. Come join us this spring for a weekend to remember in the desert. Dee Tidwell from Enduro MTB Training and Wendy Palmer of Moab Mountain Bike Instruction will be joining us to bring you the best in the business for skill improvement. Both Dee and Wendy have been honing in their knowledge for years and provide the best edge for riders in their skill building and training regiments. Dr. Christian Little will be there to use her knowledge as a physio working with professional athletes to hone in on injury prevention and the mental aspect of riding and racing. The retreat is going to center around improving skills on the bike, injury prevention, as well as insight on how to prepare and recover during the off-season. What could be better than taking a weekend away to shred some of the best trails around with other athletes looking to get the most out of their riding?
The retreat will kick off Friday morning with a skills clinic taught by the instructors, followed by a trail ride to execute what you learned. Breakfast will be provided Saturday and Sunday morning at camp, catered by a local company. During the evenings we will have activities and discussions from our experienced professionals about how to improve your riding from an off the bike perspective. We promise this will be a retreat that will benefit every rider who shows up for years to come!
